About 6 hours after I contacted Software Que to solve a problem I had been trying to fix for months, the job was done. I had a wired smart home doorbell that was working intermittently. The Software Que guy responded on the app within minutes, showed up at my door a few hours later, spent an hour tracking down the problem, replaced a small part on the low voltage electrical supply line with a part he had in his car, and it has worked perfectly since then. All this on an icy freezing cold Saturday. Next time I have a smart home problem I can't fix myself, I'm calling these guy.

I can't say enough good things about this experience. I accidentally spilled wine on my laptop, an absolute nightmare. After driving nearly 50 minutes to Best Buy, I was told there was nothing they could do without a warranty. While the staff was kind and explained their limitations, I left feeling stressed and stuck. It was late Saturday night (around 8–9 pm), with almost everything closed until Monday and every online search telling me the laptop was likely done for, I found this app and sent a message, honestly not expecting a response until the workweek. To my surprise, he responded that same night and offered a next-day appointment. Even better, he came directly to my workplace and fixed the laptop. What truly sets him apart is the level of care and professionalism. He went above and beyond by also helping us troubleshoot a separate work-related issue, spending extra time with me and my team without asking for anything additional or charging beyond the original repair. Despite it being the first snow of the season and the road conditions far from ideal, he still showed up and delivered. That kind of dedication is rare.
